I'm Rob Sanchez, and I started HeaterVista right here in Sacramento 95828 because I saw a real need for dependable HVAC services that truly understood our local climate and housing. Growing up in the area, I've seen firsthand how our hot, dry summers and the occasional chilly winter nights can put a strain on heating and cooling systems. After years working for larger companies, I realized that a more personal, owner-operated approach was what folks in neighborhoods like Vineyard, Parkway, and Florin needed. My focus is always on honest assessments and upfront quotes, ensuring that when we work on your system, whether it's near Elk Grove Boulevard or closer to the Sacramento Executive Airport, you're getting solutions that last. We operate right out of our base at 8552 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95828, and I'm proud to say we've been keeping homes comfortable across Sacramento 95828 and the broader Sacramento area for quite a while now.

What Sacramento 95828, CA Customers Say
“Our old furnace in our Pocket-Greenhaven home started making a terrible grinding noise and then just stopped blowing warm air right before a cold snap. HeaterVista came out the same day we called. The technician quickly diagnosed a faulty inducer motor and had the part on his truck. He replaced it efficiently, and our house was toasty again within a couple of hours. Excellent, prompt service!”
“Last summer, our air conditioner in Meadowview was struggling to keep up, especially in the afternoons. It was blowing lukewarm air, and our power bills were climbing. HeaterVista sent a technician who meticulously cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant levels, and identified a minor leak that he sealed on the spot. Our AC now cools much more effectively, and we've noticed a difference in our energy usage.”
“We noticed a strange, musty smell coming from our vents in our Florin home, and my allergies were acting up more than usual. HeaterVista performed an air duct cleaning. They showed me all the dust and debris they removed, which was quite a lot! The air quality in our house feels much fresher now, and the smell is gone. The service was thorough and professional.”
